Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

  1. You can cancel your order within 24hrs of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated.
  1. If you cancel the order after 24 hrs then processing/transaction charges will be deducted @ 5% of the product cost.
  1. If you cancel the order after shipping then processing/transaction/ Transit charges (to and fro) will be deducted @ 20% of the product cost.
  1. If product will be damaged in transit or found defective then complete item/ parts will be replaced.
  1. After installation if customer doesn’t like the product or wish to return it due to any other reason then product will be returned and in this case processing/transaction/ Transit (to and fro)/Installation charges will be deducted @ 25% of the product cost.
  1. If product is purchased in the Sale, then it cannot be cancelled.
  1. In case of any made-to-order Product (“Customized product”), a full refund will be initiated only if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order. It will not be cancelled after 24 hours.
  1. For the process of Exchange/Return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & Accessories.
  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/return request.
  1. If your request is approved, we will deliver the new product to you in case of exchange and in case return/refund, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  1. On receipt of the cancellation, we shall cancel the order and initiate the refund for the Products within 8 business days from the receipt of the cancellation request from you or pick up of the products, if applicable. The amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase.
  1. You shall keep the Products in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
  1. There can be a difference in fabric color and wood finish between the images of the Product listed on the Ivory Designs Platform and the actual Product which may be caused due to the difference in screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays.
